WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Snompart.ie charges a flat rate shipping charge of €9.95 for orders under €500.00. Orders above €500 are charged with shipping costs of €4.95. The flat rate applies to web orders only. Shipping charges on bulk orders are charged at current rates. Our business desk will notify you of the total logistics costs when creating your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET YOUR PACKAGE?
Normal delivery time is 3-6 working days. All items are shipped with GLS, UPS or DHL. Bear in mind that the indicated delivery time is approximate and refers to business days, excluding weekends and official holidays.
DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship packages to Republic of Ireland and EU and you can always trace the full path of your order with parcel tracking number.
DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL
We have a Defective on Arrival period of 48 hours. This means that if the product you purchased becomes defective within 48 hours of receipt (and you have notified Snopmart within those 48 hours), we will replace the item free of charge. To qualify under our Defective on Arrival policy, goods must be returned in their original packaging. Goods returned without original packaging will not be accepted and will instead be sent for repair under warranty.

Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
In Snopmart.ie you can order your items online and pay with Visa cards, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. The money is deducted when the order processing is in progress.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Snopmart.ie uses Paypal as a checkout gateway, one of the safest checkout gateway providers available.

Orders and Returns

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT COLLECT YOUR ORDER?
When an order is not picked up by the recipient, for example you have given us incorrect or incomplete address, email address, telephone number or don’t want to receive it, it is returned to our warehouse. Once we have received it back in our warehouse, it is managed automatically and then passed onto the administration department to process the refund. The order shipment and the return to the warehouse entail transportation expenses, which the person who placed the order must pay for. Consequently, you will receive a refund corresponding to the order return minus the two-way delivery expenses. Keep in mind that this management process can last several days.
WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT AS ORDERED?
If the contents of the package do not match the accompanying invoice, you must inform within 48 hours snopmart.ie. If not, the right to object to defective or erroneous delivery is forfeited. Contact customer service on sales@snopmart.ie.

DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND GET A REFUND?
If the goods are unused, orders can be returned within 14 days after receival. Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition with all original packaging to qualify. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received, and your refund is being processed. A full refund will be made to your card or PayPal account depending on your payment method.
HOW TO RETURN THE ITEM?
You must send the unused goods in their original packages back within 14 days of receival (48 hours if applies for DOA policy) and informing Snopmart.ie by email to sales@snopmart.ie. Buyer pays for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs of return are non-refundable. You should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Bear in mind that parcels disappear sometimes, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you have sent it without tracking number.
